Colleagues Jim Duberry & Laetitia Kinch from KAB Northampton plus a team of friends, had the chance to follow in the wheel tracks of motor racing legends such as Lewis Hamilton and cycle around the legendary circuit at Silverstone.

The 'MacRide' event was all in aid for raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The ride was just over 3 miles long and gave the opportunity for cyclists of all ages and abilities to help raise money for people affected by cancer.

The team will also be taking part in Cycle4Cynthia at the end of September, which starts and finishes at the Northamptonís Saints home ground- Franklins Gardens. Riders can take on 5,25 or 50 miles, with the team taking on the challenge of the 50 mile route. The event has been running for 6 years and has raised over £100,000 for the friends of Cynthia Spencer Hospice and for the Northampton branch Macmillan Cancer support.

The team has been sponsored by KAB Seating Northampton.
